Alloxy is the resource operations platform for professional services firms — built by people who have felt the problem from the inside.
It started with a real problem, not a business plan.
We learned it the hard way — running a professional services department that grew past 100 people and a project portfolio north of €20 million. On paper, things worked. In practice, every week came down to the same anxious questions: Who is actually free? Who is quietly overbooked? If this project slips two weeks, what breaks — and what does it cost us?
We tried everything the market offered. The enterprise platforms were powerful but too heavy and too expensive to justify. The lightweight schedulers were easy but shallow — they showed a calendar, never the consequences. One by one they were tested and set aside, and every time we ended up back in the same place: a maze of spreadsheets, emails, and gut feeling. We knew there had to be a better way, and it simply didn't exist.
So we stopped waiting for someone else to solve it.
What began as one person's frustration became a shared obsession. The right people found their way to the table — engineers who saw an elegant problem worth solving, a designer who believed powerful software could still feel effortless, and hard-won operational scars to keep everyone honest. Late nights turned a rough idea into a working prototype, and the prototype turned skeptics into believers. Every time we showed it to someone living the same pain, we heard a version of the same thing: this is what we've been missing.
That was the moment we knew this wasn't a side project — it was the thing. In February 2026 we made it official, and Alloxy became a company with a mission: to give every services firm the clarity we once had to fight for.
We're building the tool we couldn't find. And we're just getting started.

Alloxy is EU-hosted and built to GDPR, with data residency in Europe, full portability, and security practices aligned with recognised industry standards. Privacy and security aren't features we bolt on; they're the foundation.

AI is reaching into every part of how we work, and we think most of it is still too visible — too many prompts, panels, and dashboards. We use AI where it genuinely helps and make it feel seamless: guiding you through onboarding, surfacing people with the right profile, explaining every recommendation in plain terms. Used smartly, not sprinkled on.

We believe the classic user interface will be just one way to work with software, not the only one. That's why we're building Alloxy as a platform: use the interface we designed, connect your own agents and LLMs, or integrate directly through our open APIs — and interact with your resource operations from wherever you already work.
